March for Life Bus

By · December 20, 2011 · Filed in Cathedral Headlines, Pro-Life · No Comments »

This January marks the 39th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court’s infamous Roe v. Wade decision to permit the slaughter of innocent children through abortion.  Every anniversary since that date in 1973, people from all over the nation have traveled to Washington, DC to march in defense of the innocents and to exercise our constitutional right to petition our government for redress of this grievous decision.  The March for Life takes place on Monday, January 23, 2012.  The folks at St. Agnes R.C. Cathedral in Rockville Centre are once again making buses available to travel to DC.  The buses will leave St. Agnes about 6AM and return 10-11PM.  They are asking a $35 donation to help defray the cost of the bus, but if money is an issue, please see me or Fr. Steve.  Please consider joining us and making your voice heard.  As seating is limited, the sooner we get a number, the better to make arrangements.  Please make your intentions known and donations via the green envelope.  You may also e-mail me: jimmiller9@aol.com.
