Operation Andrew – Week 1 Prayer Theme
How many people have you witnessed to in the last year, 5 years, ever? No need to answer out loud…just preparing you for Operation Andrew, to begin on Pentecost.
Church of the Intercessor will launch a prayer-evangelism outreach on Pentecost, called Operation Andrew, which will facilitate praying for specific people to the end that they will also be open to your witness of Christ and invitations to Intercessor. To lay the groundwork in prayer, we will introduce a prayer theme each week up until the Feast of Pentecost.
In doing this we will also be joining in with hundreds of other churches throughout the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut who are praying for revival.
Prayer Theme Week One – Repentance
- Of those who have never known Jesus as Lord and those who have become prodigal sons and daughters.
- Of family members, neighbors and co-workers; friends and enemies alike.
- Of those holding other beliefs: Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Bhuddist, New-Age and other Pagan religions…
- Of atheists and agnostics
- And for our hearts – that they would be opened and emboldened by the love of God
