Prayer at Planned Parenthood
Saturday, October 2nd, men and women will gather at the Planned Parenthood located at 540 Fulton Avenue in Hempstead, NY to pray for all the children that had been murdered in the mother’s womb during the past the month. We will be praying the Liturgy at the Time of Death for the Preborn. Please join us as we pray to end this holocaust in America.

Northeast Clergy Retreat
Every year in the springtime and fall, the clergy from Intercessor attend a Clergy Retreat for the Northeast Diocese of the International Communion of the Charismatic Episcopal Church. Below is a short video of what goes on during these bi-yearly retreats:
Confirmation/Reception
This past Sunday, April 11, 2010, Archbishop Craig W. Bates confirmed 7 young adults into the Christ’s one holy, catholic and apostolic church at the Cathedral Church of the Intercessor (Malverne, NY). These confirmands began their process for Confirmation in October of 2009 and completed their instruction under the guidance of Dn. Ralph LeGrand, Joe DeVito, and James Snow.

On the same Sunday, Bp. Bates received 12 adults into into the Charismatic Episcopal Church (Shaquanda Banks, Rachel Chimel, Vinny Ferraro, Chris Gough, Gina Harada, Bill Manning, Charlie McCarthy, John O’Sullivan, Michael Saudo, James Shepp, Katie Smyth, and Teresa Wieber). These men and women completed a 12-week BETA course designed to teach men and women what we believe and how we worship in the CEC.
